As our products are digital items, we DO NOT offer refunds once the product has been sent and downloaded. It is not feasible to “return” the product and verify it is no longer in use.
We DO NOT provide refunds for compatibility issues. For instance, if you have Logic Pro 10 instead of 11, it is your responsibility to ensure your software is compatible. We are not liable for products that do not function correctly if your system does not meet the product’s requirements. All our products are tested and guaranteed to work as described.
We offer sound example and screenshot of the products you are purchasing. You are responsible for selecting the correct product. We cannot exchange products if you purchase the wrong one.
We reserve the right to decline any refund requests.
